Right of withdrawal (14 days)
As a consumer you generally have 14 days to withdraw from a contract for digital services.
If you want us to begin immediately, you must explicitly confirm at checkout that you agree and that you therefore lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed. We record that confirmation.
Unused credits
Unused credits are refunded in full within 14 days of purchase, unless the right of withdrawal was expressly waived.
Failed generations
No credit is deducted for a failed generation, so no refund is needed.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected]. Refunds go back to the original payment method, normally within 14 days, and we issue a credit note.
